Bolivia Alto Beni Bar

Crafted from the finest direct trade cacao grown in the Alto Beni region of Bolivia, this 2015 wild harvest has delightful aromas of malt and soft ripe fruit. Smooth and refined it finishes with earthy notes of green olive.

This single origin chocolate bar is handcrafted in our Bean-to-Bar chocolate studio in Boston using personally selected fine cacao beans from the best plantations in the growing world. We meticulously roast the beans to their best individual profiles to bring out all the special flavors of the terroir where they are grown, then refine and conch the chocolate for smoothness, and cast them into bars for your enjoyment.
